I am getting all kinds of group emails in my private email box and it is overflown
I contacted Dogster and here is their answer

The Techno Dogs are working on this now to get everyone's group message preferences properly integrated so those who want group emails can get them and those who want to read group messages on the group page will not receive messages. If they are not able to get the notification mails to conform to group message preferences, they will stop group notifications altogether.
Not sure exactly how long this will take, but unwanted group messages should stop coming to you eventually. It partly depends on how many group messages were already in the queue prior to the bug being fixed.
