My mom loves Story, but I don't. I usually bark at her if she gets too close.

She's pretty big, even though she's a baby of three months. Apparently she's got all her baby teeth still. Story has some huge claws so my mom is glad Story doesn't try to confront us. Story loves playing with toys. Mom says Story will be a great mouser. She's fast, accurate, and super agile. You can tell she used to live out on the street. My mom is teaching Story to be a house kitty. And yes, Story is very spunky!! She's definitely part Siamese!

Those claws are a real problem kitty but if she's gonna catch the mouses, she'll need them.

Kittens are so much fun - mom misses having a playful kitty. Our Harley is old !!!

You should see Katie with Harley - it's really funny. She tries to get her to play and Harley is not having any of it. One of these days mom is going to get a video of it.

Bol!! Older kitties don't like playing so much. Apollo wasn't even into kissing Halo toward the end.

It is so different having a playful kitty around the house. It brings back a lot of memories for my mom of her cats back when she was a girl. Story makes my mom laugh. Her claws make my daddy nervous!! My mom is hoping Story catches on quickly, but she understands Story was a street kitten.

oh yeah, Gracie was really bad about scratching doorways and furniture corners too, and then mom put the little short scratching posts at the corners of furniture she loved to scratch the most and got her a kitty condo, the scratching problem went away immediately. She also put up the no scratch tape for a little bit too, but mom didn't notice gracie even trying to scratch those places once she put scratching posts up all over the place.

Oh, Story has scratching posts, toys, and a cat tree. She loves playing and using her claws during play. During play she wants to use people's fingers and feet.shock My mom has had to unclamp Story from her feet a few times. My mom is teaching Story just to play with toys instead. That's why Story makes my dad nervous. My mom grew up with cats and kittens so it doesn't phase my mom, but my daddy just isn't used to that. Story doesnt do it to be mean, just playing. But she plays roughly, sometimes biting too.. That's the life of outdoor kittens. Who knows what Story had to deal with living out in the street. So my mom is working with her, especially so my dad can trust Story and not feel nervous about being scratched.
