	Hi Pups, We are back! Hope all is well. My dad had an accident during the Penguin Walk that required 12 stitches. A little kid ran in front of him and he lost his footing. He's ok now but people really need to control their kids. He has a black eye, cut lip and swollen face. He's telling people not to mess with my mom. Wonder if they will do the walk next year? No foliage to brag about on 95 from Mystic to Greenwich. Too much rain so it was disappointing on that level. Have a great day!

	Yikes-your poor Dad! It is very annoying when people don't control their kids in public It's good your Dad has a sense of humor about it-telling people to watch out for your Mom!

	Daphne, the worst part was he was embarrassed! People were so helpful. He felt like an old goat bleeding on the side of the road. The people at the ER room were awesome. He's better today. Great weather here.

	Wow, Tedi, I'm glad to hear your dad is ok. He shouldn't be embarrassed but mom probably would be also. I hope the kid's mother at least apologized. Mom made sure my sisfur always behaved in public and her first dog, Bella, also. She calls me her problem child. I'm an angel. I don't know she would even say that. Annie, I hope your brofur can find another job soon. Mom is also laid off but luckily dad is still working. She does need to find another job soon though.

	tedi, that sucks about your dad. people nowadays let their kids run wild. no respect. my mom was strict with her furless. no running around wild in public places. hope he heals quick. that's the first thing mom does when she falls...looks around to see if anyone saw. she fell in walmart once and the furless were embarrassed and walked away. annie, funny you mention teeth. she was awake half the night with a toothache. she has a broken tooth but that wasn't the one hurting. no dental insurance so it stays that way till it falls out (it's way in the back) our washing machine overflowed for a few hours and mom didn't notice it. the downstairs got ruined but we have a bi level and the one set of stairs got it, but the insurance will only replace that. so the second set needs to be replaced too to match and that carpet goes thru all upstairs with no break. we have to get new carpet (needed anyway) all over except the furless rooms. court tomorrow night for the one furless this is the 5th time same case. word has it it will get dismissed if you know what i mean. the other furless was nominated for homecoming queen so we have to go to the football game friday night but dad will be in ohio. the town will think they got divorced with just mom there. so mom has to take stuff out of furniture to be moved to put down the carpet. she's not happy. alot of junk here...... annie, hope your furless finds a job, it's so bad out there.

	Wow, Roxi, you got lots goin' on over there. We had a washer overflow once, but fortunately we caught it in time before the water hit the carpet. It did ruin our kitchen floor so had to get a new one. I'm sure this must be really stressful for your mom. Sorry about her toothache, that sucks! Mama just got back from the periodontist and things are healing up nicely. She's not in as much pain as before. Smooches

	Wow, Roxi, you have so much going on. I hope your sisfur wins homecoming queen. That really stinks about the washer. I'm glad you get new carpet but it's so expensive. I hope you and Zoe will behave on the new carpet. No throwing up or accidents. Nah, we know you have to christen the new carpet. Annie, I'm glad your mom is feeling better.
