	Um, we are going to the vet to be groomed today.......ugh..... Lucy likes it because she is very social and loves the attention...I just want my mommy Have a good day everyone...we'll be back later. An engineer is coming to the house to look at the crack in the cement slab. Sounds like more money out the door to me

	Oh Jayke!!! I'm so glad you sang the song I just love it!!! And leave it to Benson to provide the mouth watering menus I think I would like to be a fan of everything and everybody and try all those tasty dishes! Alas, Nick and I are still being groomed The last of the inspectors just left the house. The good news is that the crack in the cement slab isn't structural, only cosmetic..the bad news is that the repair is the same and costly and messy But the buyer will be happy that the house is level and not sliding anyway And the termite inspector came...we already knew we had termites and dad will have to replace some wood eves in the font of the house. They will have the house "tented" when they are moved out. So mom hasn't started drinking yet Nothing unexpected. Now they wait and see if the people who made the offer are comfortable with all this news. But the term "cosmetic" sounds a whole lot better than "structural"
