Poverty's Pets rescues abandoned, neglected, and abused companion animals in low-income and underserved communities. Through education and veterinary care (including spay and neuter services), it is our goal to end animal cruelty, suffering, overpopulation and homelessness.

That you can sponsor a pet in the rescue?

Poverty’s Pets incurs a lot costs with most of our rescues. We are looking for Sponsors to help us cover those costs. Our adoption fee is $200 dollars. We can incur over double that in medical expenses if one of our dogs is hurt or sick. We rescue a lot of animals from underserved communities that are heavy with Parvo and Distemper cases. We know the signs of these terrible diseases and act immediately to give every dog the chance to survive.

If you click on Donate and then sponsor a pet, you will be taken to a page where you can donate to a specific pup with special needs. So when considering your donation, please consider a special needs pup!
