	Welcome to Reno and a cool party!!! Hot August Nights is the biggest Reno event of the year. It's a celebration of everything to do with classic cars, vintage rock 'n roll, and the American era of the 50s and 60s when cruising, sock hops, and high school proms were all the rage. Hot August Nights in Reno is a party that takes over the town during its run. Classic cars fill the streets, rock 'n roll fills the air, and entertainment galore makes Hot August Nights the premier fun festival in Reno.

	Lucy - I can just see you in bobby socks, a ponytail and wearing a 'poodle skirt' You rock girl Mum is happy tonight, her Football Team, the "Western Bulldogs" won a tight game tonight, so they are in the Finals here, which start in 2 weeks time Mum's sister's Team , St Kilda, (the Saints) are in 1st Place so will Win the Minor Premiership Title fro 2009. The Western Bulldogs (Doggies) haven't won a Premiership Title since 1955 and St Kilda last won in 1961 Maybe this year

	Hot August Nights? OMD! This is right up mom & dad's alley. Daddy is a total car nut & they've been to this event before. Daddy is gonna be so jealous that I got to go this year. I'm gonna drive his '32 Ford Street Rod & rev up the motor!

	Hi all...mom and dad usually go up to Vernon, TX for one of these rallys....it is so fun. They decided it was just too hot this year. Near there in Wichita Falls they have a bike race every year called the Hotter than Hell race. UGGGGGHHHHH. Can't even imagine riding a bike in this hot weather. I will wear my jeans and white t-shirt and red jacket.....I will be James Dean. Catch you later gators!
