Guidelines / Rules of Conduct
Please review the following rules of conduct. We hope you have a great time learning to scrap here at Simple Scraps 4 Dogs & Cats.
1. All questions concerning Simple Scraps 4 Dogs & Cats policies and management are addressed offline via p mail or email to scraps4dogsncats@aol.com. If you have a question about policy, please email one of our Administrators; don't take your problems to the threads.
2. Don’t “call out” the administrators in the group. They have a tough job and don’t need to be chastised to the viewing audience. The Administrators are volunteers and choose to moderate because they enjoy Simple Scraps. You may not agree with all their decisions, but they have been chosen because they have shown good judgment in the past and a sensible demeanor. If you have problems with an administrator, email the owner of the group…Tiffany at the above stated email address.
3. We promote a friendly atmosphere for our scrappers to have friends, fun, fellowship and scrapping! Differences of opinions happen, and are a normal part of any group. We do not, however, tolerate those that try to start an argument in a post. If you are looking to agitate people, simply to get a response, this is not the place for you. Warnings will be issued at the owners’ discretion, if the behavior continues; administrators will remove said persons from the group.
4. No personal attacks – if you disagree with someone, state your case intelligently and back it up with facts. You will be warned once. If the behavior continues, you will be banned from the group permanently. DO NOT HARASS PEOPLE WITH EMAIL OR VIA PM WHEN YOU HAVE A DISAGREEMENT in the group.
5. If you are concerned about an interaction with someone and are interested in resolving it, send them an email. If you don't get a response, just let it go. They may not be interested in communicating with you. If you feel the need to make a public apology about something or to someone, please do so, however, if you don’t get a response, just let it go.
6. To sum it up:
No negative comments to others.
No ranting and raving about things that do not pertain to this group.
No rudeness
No negative emails
No Smart A** Remarks
No making fun of others
No threads that do not pertain to "scrapbooking, member well wishes, birthdays, helping hands, friendship...in other words KEEP IT NICE and uplifting.
Plainly put: "If you have nothing nice to say...DO NOT SAY ANYTHING AT ALL!"
