	I am going to post some places that you do not want to miss while you are in Jerusalem. You will be staying at one of the best hotels in the world when you arrive at the King David Hotel. It is within walking distance of the Old City. The King David Hotel The Old City The city is built on layers and they are always excavating and this is one of the last that was uncovered Excavation sight Shop in the Arab Market Shop in the Cardo The Cardo was built at the site of an Old Roman Market that was uncovered The Old Roman Cardo You will want to visit the Western Wall and leave prayers Wailing Wall You can also see the beautiful stained glass windows by Marc Chagall at The Hadassah Chagall Windows at Hadassah I will add more to this thread later.

	It is a Jewish custom to leave a stone on someone's grave to show that the grave has been visited. It is a sign of respect and caring. Also in Biblical times, gravestones were not used; graves were marked with mounds of stones, so by placing (or replacing) them, one perpetuated the existence of the site. 	Wow Bailey this is going to be a pawsome wedding! I can't wait to see all those beautiful places. Will we have enough time? I am so excited I want to go now! (to Israel that is!) Bol One question: The old cities that they are still excavating were quite large and had very tall buildings,, what caused them all to be buried so deep in rocks for so many centuries? Earthquakes?

	WOOFS! How exciting that all you pups are coming to Jerusalem. If any pups want to visit the sisters while they are here they should take the 13 bus from outside the King David hotel, get off at the end of the line, and then it is just a quick trot through the park to their apartment.BOL!
