No he was a rescue mommy took in for a few days til his family could be located...and she just hasn't had the heart to remove him yet...she is still hoping to get him back cause after returning him she found that his family wasn't a nice onecry

Yes mommy wanted to keep him but he was not ours to keep cry Mommy knew she had to give him back just didn't want to...but she did call the ASPCA on them cause they have like 6 or 7 doggies in there little bitty apt. and you never see them outside and they are so mean to them and all. Mommy is hoping they come soon cause those doggies in there need new homes soon.
