 | |  | | Teddy said he would like a picture with the three girls named honourary Canadian citizens, in their toques. Geena's is plain, but pretty Annie's toque has a pompom on top, and Lucy likes the ear flaps. There are two types of toques with ear flaps in Canada. Lucy tried both styles. The new citizen is also posing with his scholarly (aka nerdy  ) brother Jake, who helped him prepare for his test, and with The Honourable Judge Ben, dressed in his formal court attire.
