Oh, Barkley, I'm sorry that you're having a tough time. I know about the getting high and crashing bit, too. It ca be so rough. At least you know that it's coming, so you can be prepared for it. That's one thing that I had so much trouble with before I was diagnosed. A little after, though, I started to figure out the signs and where I was headed, for the most part. It really made a difference. If you have any preventatives (I had some that actually worked decently but couldn't be taken on a regular basis), could you maybe take some to help ease your crash?

If you need someone to talk to, feel free to pmail me. I can give you my messenger sn if you'd like.

Thanks Spikehug.

I think it is just harder for me because I don't know anybody around here besides one person that knows what I'm going through. And even she only knows the anxiety part. Somtimes it is just nice to talk to someone who can totally relate to what you are going through and can give you advice.

Recently though I relised that playing with Barkley helps alot more then just petting him so I bought a rope to keep in my purse and when he allerts I go to a quiet place and play tug o war with him. It is quite relaxing.cloud 9

That's great that you found something that helps a bit more. When Spike knows I'm anxious, he will fuss and make sure all of my attention is on him. He won't let me do anything else until I'm feeling better. Aren't they just so wonderful, how they can help us so much? ^.^

I don't know, all I know is that they do. And I'm not going to stop using him.
