Thanks for the response back. A while ago Febreze posted a free gift offer on the Dogster site and they never followed through with the gift.

We got our febreze gift pack about a month after we signed up. I for some reason am thinking they only were going to the first maybe like 500 signups or something like that so maybe they were all gone before you signed up????Not fur sure but maybe check with the company.

IT DOES TAKE A LONG TIME TO GET YOUR GIFT PACKAGE. BUT IT WAS SO WORTH THE WAIT. I GOT A PET CARRIER, BANDANA, A FULL SIZE BOTTLE OF FEBREZE, A CANNED FOOD LID, AND I CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT ELSE. SO TRY AND BE PATIENT. YOU COULD EVEN EMAIL THEM AND ASK THEN ABOUT IT. I JUST REMEMBER IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET MINE. I HAD ACTUALLY GIVEN UP ON GETTING IT.
