	Well, in my real dog life, I'm terrified of fireworks and loud noises---but here on Paradise Island they are beautiful!! munches popcorn Banners, do you have any New Year's Resolutions? 	hee hee....well I guess I'll try to keep mom on her diet by eating more of her food off her plate. I also will try to make Talker stop running around in circles every time mom starts putting on her shoes to take us for a walk. My it's so annoying. He really needs to stop that nonsense. I'm gonna do my best to make him stop. A few of these and maybe he'll get the message. I know what you mean about fireworks. These are the silent type. I like them better than the loud ones. 	Oh!! I wish.....I wish....I wish all the doggies and kitties (yes, even them) in the shelters and rescues all over the country would find their loving forever homes! What a dream come true that would be!! And I wish mom would give us more treats. And I wish Josie would stop taking MY bones to chew. I think the first is more likely than the other two!!

	I feel the same way Kiko. Pups all over the world should be as lucky like us. We have love and shelter and food. I wish that it was that way for every dog and cat. ooh I said cat. I like our cat at home. 	Well--we HAVE a cat. But I don't LIKE the cat. When he first started hanging out inside, I wanted to eat him. But sigh mom and dad wouldn't let me. They made me sit still and just put up with him. Now I don't get all excited and upset when he comes in, but I try to avoid him. Sometimes he wants to sit down next to me and--ugh!--snuggle! But I just get up and find a new spot to rest. Exploring in the morning would be fun!! Mom says we might get some sleet and freezing rain in the morning, and if that happens they won't go to church. So I can play with you then. Otherwise, it won't be until the afternoon.
