I have a question for those of you with two Havs or a Hav + another breed. One of the many things we love about Cholula is that she rarely barks (just when some one comes to the door or when she's commanded to "speak.") Did any of you find that your Hav started barking more when you got two? (Cholula's daddy has a recording studio in the house so it's important that it's quiet).

One more question, did any of you have your Hav sleep with you in the bed but when you got your second move them both to their own sleeping space? How did that go for your first?

Thanks for helping us make this decision!!

I had our male for about a yr before deciding to get a female. Like you he only barks at deliverymen, and sometimes other dogs he sees but not excessive. Now since the introduction of the female, she is the one who barks, whines , constantly about trivial things and that gets him going sometime. I love em...both, and he ( benson) is a calming influence to us humans, but somtimes I feel she is just plain Loco. its manageable and we are learning. (wink)
