	How did they find out about the audititons for the show? Is there going to be a season two? Where do we get info for auditions for that...?

	I watched the Greatest American Dog Show and it was great!!! The dogs are really talented and really love their owners and vise versa! I really loved it my family and friends also watched it and thought it was fun!!!

	I was watching too with my family...I kept hearing dogs bark and didnt know where they were coming from until mom pointed me to the tv...I too think the pups did great!!

	I may have missed the background on the show, but is there a reason there are no mixed breeds? I also missed the very beginning of last night's show, are any of the dogs at least rescues? That would increase my interest in the show.

	Actually, there are two mixed breeds on the show: Galaxy is an English Pointer and Border Collie mix. Bella Starlet is a mix (from the website: Chihuahua, Labrador Retriever, Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, Shih-Tzu and Pomeranian). It would be nice to see more, but I think all the dogs on there are fantastic!

	I noticed that too and wondered why almost all of them were purebreds- probably got at a breeder or pet store. So Galaxy and Bella are mutts? Cool

	First of all, we just wanted to say that we like all the dogs! The owners...not so much. There are a few level headed people on the show that really deserve to be there...then there are some very, um eccentric people that make me wonder how they made the cut As far as the whole thing about the elimination: I agree...Michael and Ezzie should not have been the first ones to leave the show. His dog did seem nervous, but it was probably because of the new surrounding and all that stress from the humans. Ezzie did do her part and the parts she didn't do, she wasn't made to do. They should have been in the bottom three, but Brandy and Beacon should have gone home. Brandy, on the other hand was so mad at her dog and her dog didn't do anything. That lady is nuts! Her dog bit Laura in the face at the start of the show and I don't see any type of bond between these two . I liked the first competition (musical chairs), but Teresa should not have yelled at Leroy to shut up. It's obvious that Leroy is a very intelligent dog, but all that barking at the "TALENT SHOW" seemed like he was more confused, than excited. He sounded really stressed. So far, I like Presley and Travis the best, even if he has a green dog. I also like Laurie and Andrew and Bill and Star in terms of the human/dog bond. Galaxy is talented, but J.D. is a little cocky. Beth Joy really gets on my last nerve (but her dog is adorable). I feel really bad for Bella Starlet because of all that stress her Beth Joy puts on her daily. The teams had a week to prepare the skit and I must admit, I was so disappointed with the "BARK HIGH WAG" group (the people, not the dogs). Ron and Tillman are so down to Earth. I am not sure about Laura, Elan and David (again, they have awesome dogs). I have to see more of them before I decide. Victoria is a great dog trainer, but man was she scary as a judge. She is like the Simon judge for this show! Yikes! Well, we will be tuning in next week for sure! We hope Star is okay and not seriously injured. Ashley & Kaine

	OMD so worried about Star will she be able to compete? will she be ok? will she get sent home fur an injury?gosh it's scary but we really hate how some of those people treat their dogs like they HAVE to wear shirts and jackets or else they're naked! they've got what nature gave them and thats all the need!and not to mention(as Laura said) it was 97 degrees and it was during the evening imagine how hot it would have been during the day! i LOVED team Aloha thought great pick up trick i dont think the barking was at all that bad...some dogs are just anxious sometimes and there were new surroundings... i get nervous when i have to do something i was trained to do elsewhere somewhere new not to mention the play ball and Star dancing...she was a little behind on all the tricks and skills but she was good and Galaxy was great too she's got a good jump on the back trick we liked the dicso team i think Izzie could have practiced more and mom was so sad when she wen home but we loved the Knji and Andrew they were good at dancing i mean real good and Tillman's skateboarding talent is pawsome the bark wag high thing was upsetting we think Beacon was behind on tricks(couldnt even sit) i mean if a dog cant sit and this seems like a trick/ bond show (she's got a great connection with her owner though) then why could they be the greatest american dog? her owner has her dress up accordingly to herself now if she has the time to do that then why doesnt she have the time to teach her dog how to sit correctly? and bella starlet mom thought was fine she could have practiced a bit more but she was great we loved Presley and travis with the hall pas thing and knock em dead. and Elvis is great at laying down and his rollover was flawless great job to all the contestants! not long befur you'll have pal requests flooding in
