Here is a thread about Polls! What we will do is that every 6th person will start a new poll! It can be anything from dogs to Dogster but please if you could all stay on a Dogster and animal poll topic! I'll start and i'll be #1 and then it just keeps going on and the 6th person gets to start another poll. Does this sound fair? puppy

Poll:

What is your favorite Cavalier King Charles Spaniel color ex. ruby, blenheim, tricolor, or black and tan etc.

Mine has to be tricolor! dog

Sounds fun Candi!

Right now our favorite color is black & tan (wonder why - BOL). My Mom and Dad had never seen a black & tan, except in pictures, until they picked up Hannah. Then they saw me and thought it would be nice to have a "matched set" - he he he. When they take us for walks people ask what kind of dog we are and when they tell them the usual response is "we've never seen them in that color". So, we feel kinda special because we have still not seen any other black & tans around where we live (Upstate New York).

Phew - hope that wasn't too long an explanation - BOL

My Mommy likes the Blenheim the best but the Tri-colors out number the Blenheim's in our family. BOL! There are 3 tri colors and 2 Blenheim's in this family.

Glad your mummy likes the black and tans cheer
MY mummy likes the rubies best, partly because the very first Cavalier puppy that she bred and kept herself was a ruby.

Yep, When mom got me she loved blenheims but now she has changed her minds, She likes rubys alot and tricolors! But #1 would be Ruby, #2 would be Tricolor, and then last but not least #3 would be Blenheim. But no matter what the color of any Cavalier is, Mom still loves every single one of them! way to go

Okay, unless we read this wrong, we are number 6 and we have to start a new poll. But first my Mommy likes blenheims but when she got Becky she really wanted a tri. There were six in the litter, 3 tri-s and 3 blenheims. She didn't get to pick and ended up with Becky the pest. She really wants one of each color but Daddy would throw her and us out of the house. BOL
Bailey

Now my poll:

How old were you before you became the perfect little Cavalier.
I was about 11 months and was being trained as a pet therapy dog. Mommy doesn't think Becky would pass the pet therapy test . She is very yappy and the test was hard. They made strange noises, banged pots, brought in wheel chairs - it was scary but I was sooo good. Mommy is holding out that when the Beckster turns 2 she will calm down. Got to love the puppies.

I don't know what it is with the younger brothers and sisters. Mom says I was settled down nicely by the time I was about 11 months too but little Miss Hailey is 15 months and still quite the pest. Some days she is good but other days watch out - BOL We hear a lot of "no no Hailey" or "Hailey, get out of there". Of course I get a little giddy inside because I know Mom is thinking what a good girl I am! Guess we are all unique little beings and Mom says we didn't come with an instruction book so we are just hanging in there until Hailey dials down her energy level some.

Good question Bailey!

Mummy isn't sure, as I was 17 months old when I came here, but I was already a really good girl, with a lovely temperament and very obedient. She thinks maybe it's because I had a litter when I was only a year old, and so I grew up fast.
Mummy doesn't think it is ever going to happen with Poppy, so she is resigned to having a hooligan in the house for ever more laugh out loud
