	The Royal Purr April 21, 2008 Edition We did it!! Royal Feline Group is premiering it's first issue of "The Royal Purr". This title was voted by YOU, royal kitties What began as a neck n neck tie, ended as a landslide for "The Royal Purr" Thanks to all RFGers for voting, without YOU this newsletter wouldn't be possible!!! PAWS TO EFFURONE Ok, now that is done!!! Good thing this is going to be a weekly newsletter because there is so much news to share this week!!! It's spring, and that means blossoming flowers, love and lots of engagements & weddings. Love is in the air . Spring also means that we all get to have more fun in the sun!!! Be it on the window sill feeling the breeze blowing through our furs or outside in our play areas, scoping out little creatures, gardens and even a squirrel or two. ok ok ok here is the royal purr going on here at RFG!!!!!!! 	Great job as always Luka! I don't know if other mommies are like mine, but it wasn't easy for my mommy to understand how to tag our photos for the group contests. Perhaps the group should post a thread in the forum on how to tag photos on Catster and specifically what to put in the tag boxes for each contest and how to tag for more than one contest. I know there are instructions in the links section, but not effuryone sees them and they weren't easy for mommy to understand.

	THE ROYAL PURR MAY 9TH EDITION Wow Another weekend is upon us!! We got a short holiday Monday with Cinco de Mayo!! More RFG members got Catster honors we get important information about feline health issues. This weekend is Mothers Day!! HAPPY MOTHERS DAY MAMA's!!! IMPORTANT NEWS The RFG administrators posted a vote to members on how they would prefer the contests to run. The goal is to give effurry royal kitty the chance to wear the royal crown and have the royal title. The choices were to leave the contests as is; members 'tag' their photos to enter contests, or for the administrators to choose based on member participation. The majority votes went to keeping the contests as is. Thank you to all those who voted. To enter contests 'tag' your photos. See Group Links for contests and tagging information. DO NOT DECLAW CATS! One of our members Margo was declawed this week! Read The Declawing Menu Why Cats Need Their Claws Very important information about declawing and the effects it has on US! 	LUka, a spectacular job on the newsletter. But I do have one correction. Do to my human being selfish and having company from out of town, my wedding to cherish Hope, scheduled for May 17, has had to be postponed. I am very sad about that.
