Poodle mixes?

	I was wondering what the big craze is about mixing poodles with other breeds it seems to be every where. I just don't get how mutts which was once free or shelter dog now going for hundreds? Makes no sence to me!

	People tend to think that because a breed is mixed with a poodle it is now hypo allergenic. Which is not the case unless DNA is played with. If you do it the all natural way, nature chooses what happens. So the end story, the poodle mix is not hypo allergenic, and now all these "Lab a doodle, Cock a doodles breeds which do not really exist in name are made. This will probably be a problem once people realize that the poodle mix is not hypo allergenic all the time.

	It's just the new fad. Like last year it was puggles. Now it's maltipoos & ect. A lot of people that fall for these cute "designer dogs" realize that they are unhealthy, and the people breeding them are just out to make a quick buck

	Yeah, when we went camping we met this lady who had a designer dog. She was pretty, but the owner even admitted that she shed like crazy. I didn't like that dog to much. (even though I don't like many dogs)

	Hi everypurr and everywoof I'm a shih-poo and there is another reason that a lot of breeds are being mixed with poodle. It's because they are so smart! Here is a webpage that is about the Smartest Dog Breeds, Ranked. I don't shed and I have hair rather than fur and I need to be groomed. My mom says I am so smart and gentle and loving and my two sisfurs are the same way. I am 6 now, and I came before the the poodle mix craze and I was not a lot of money. Basically the cost of my shots and vet care. Mixed breeds with poodle in them are great, family furiendly and smart dogs!
