	I'll start. Hi I am Duke. I am 4 years old. I have 2 sisters. I live in Southern California. I am very shy and tend to keep to myself. I enjoy sleeping and barking at strangers.

	Hi, I'm Duke. I love to chase balls and I have a stuffed lamb that I play with. Ive had my lamb since I lived with my owner.I have been with my ower since I was 6 weeks old. I'm very protective and loveable too! I love kids. I've got a little sister "Peanut" and she is 9 weeks old she is half english bull dog and half lab and full blood pain in the rear...LOL.

	Hello, I am Duke I have 4 older siblings, another ridgeback mix named Roxie, I thought she was my mom when my people brought me home, but I got bigger than her and now I rule! There are also a Shitzu mix named Lickey and two Yorkie - Keaton and Buster - Keaton is blind and can not smell any more, so I have to be very careful not to knock her over (mom yells at me when I do) and Buster is the only other male in the house, we have growling contests that he wins, but I don't understand why because he is soooo small!

	Wow, what a family! I have a sister named Roxy to, she is bigger than me, she is the biggest in our family. I've heard my mommy say that dynamite comes in small packages, maybe that is why your little brother wins the growling contests. I wish I had a brother.

Duke was born on- Leap Year Day!

	Hi, I'm Duke, too! Duke wasn't always my name though. When I was adopted by my first family as a puppy, they named me Harley. When I was 4 months old something happened that I still don't understand. I thought I was a good dog but they said I was too big and too hairy and too much work. They put a "free dog" ad in the paper and another family came and took me away. At first that was good but then they had to move from their house with a yard to a timy apartment that they shared with another family. There just wasn't any room for me. So they took me to the animal shelter and I stayed there. The people there were very nice to me but it was loud and crowded and I kept hearing the people say "Duke only has until Monday". I don't know what that meant but I don't think it was a good thing. On Saturday a family came in and they had a dog who looked JUST LIKE ME! I thought they were going to leave him there for me to play with but guess what??? They took me with them! It was a five hour ride to my new HOME but I HAVE A FUREVER HOME NOW! I live with my mom and and dad and brother Dusty. No one will ever change my name or make me leave again and I'm very happy.

	Oh Duke I am so happy you have a furever family. Isn't wonderful. I was passed around a little too. I don't remember how I got to the pound but then my auntie came and saved me. She wasn't a great mommy and didn't have a nice home, so my mommy and daddy took me to their big house with a big yard to live. I love it here. Thanks for joining us.

	Salud, my fellow royalty (Dukes) Duke, who used to be Harley, your story is an inspiration. I am lucky enough to have always had the same Dad. The only bad thing is he keeps bringing home more brothers and sisters for me. I have one brother and two sisters now and that big heifer Cindi won't leave me alone when we go outside. I am so happy that there is a place like this for all us Dukes to get together. Thanks for inviting me.

	Hi I'm Duke MO!!! I'm 2 yrs old and a mix of Rhodesian Ridgeback and Mastiff. I've been with my family since I was 10 mths old... My grandma found me at the pound but didn't like me to much... so she gave me to my mom and dad... I love to run and play with my bone... I have 2 brothers!!! The one Bear is BIGGER THAN ME and Caesar just wants to fight with Bear over me... lol... I love them both tho...

	Duke Eastwood, your sister Cindi would probably be good friends with my sister Roxy.My mommy loves to bring home siblings for me too, if daddy didn't stop her we'd have a million dogs. and probably other animals too.
