	Hi, My name is Bronson and I have a weight problem! I have to lose about 10lbs, but I love food so much! Mom though, has become determined to do her best to help me lose the weight. I am going to the vet tomorrow to have tests done to determine if I have a thyroid issue...so we'll see how that goes. Mom admits she hasn't been the greatest at exercising both my sister and I, but that is also something she is doing her best to change(mom could stand to lose a few pounds herself..if you know what I mean). She's also going to talk to the vet tomorrow and try to come up with a more dedicated exercise plan for me. Anyways, I currently eat Evo small bites with 1/2 cup in the morning mixed with 1 tbsp of merrick wet 1/2 cup in the evening mixed with 1 tbsp of merrick wet when I do get treats they will either be a slice of dehydrated sweet potatoe or some baby carrots. When mom does have them I will get one gluco/chondr treat a day with a bully stick every now and then. I am thinking about switching to the Wellness Core Reduced Fat...will just wait and see how things go with the vet! Hope everyone is doing great in their weight-loss goals! 	Hi Guys. My name is Rex and I've been on this diet roller coaster forever. When I was 1st brougt home from the shelter I weighed about 23lbs.(too skinny) I quickly put on weight...I would get loavess of bread off the counter and other things. As my weight went up I was put on a diet...hated the food, would'nt eat it, ate the other dogs food. In Dec. 08 I was diagnosed with diabetes. (did I mention I was considered obese at this point...48 lbs) I was immediatly put on insulin and I had to go on a STRICT diet. The dr(who I love) put me on Hills Prescription Diet RD 3/4 cup twice a day (afterwards I get my shot of insulin) I like my food...luckily. I just wish there was more. I also get 1 RD dog treat per day and thats it!! So far I've lost 4 lbs.YEA!!! We live in the Phoenix area so dad wants to get me a treadmill for summer months. I don't like the diet. My "sister" an american eskimo has the metabolism of a hummingbird and can eat and eat and eat. But I can say I breath better, I can now jump into the car by myself and on 1 occasion I actually jumped onto the bed by myself. I had'nt done that in over a year. Thanks for listening....I'd love to have some pals who are also on diets. Rex

	Oh wow! I'm the only kitty here! Please don't chase me! Anyways, I'm Libby, and I'm fat. I need to lose at least three or four pounds. I'm about 11 or 12, but I'm only supposed to weigh 7! I'm a tiny cat, but I'm very chubby! I free feed, so mama has to stop that. Sometimes I jump up on tables when no ones looking and steal food! Hehe! But then mom gets mad at me and tell me to get off! I also beg at the table sometimes. I'm a silly kitty! I need to go to the vet and get my thyroid checked, because I keep gaining weight even though I don't eat that much. Anyways, good luck to everyone on their weight loss journey! Love, Libby♥
