My lady tells me this dish is marvelous for dry skin this time of year.

2 cans of tuna or 1 can of salmon
1/3 cup quick rolled oats
1/4 cup almond flour
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp dill
1 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 cups diced or finely chopped veggies (I like peas, carrots, and broccoli)

Directions
Mix all together and put into small loaf pan.

Bake 35 minutes at 350*

This is also tasty in a muffin tin, which makes snacks for me but might be closer to a meal for other pups. Just reduce the baking time by about 10 minutes or so.

Well mom forgot to add cottage cheese to it before baking it (she added some before serving like she does with every meal we have). But it turned out really well. And it wasnt stinky either like mom thought it would be. We got a little bit of it last night ... mom didnt want us to get the runs or anything ..... and we all hogged it up and our bellies were okay. Left overs for tonight!! dancing

Only problem was with being a 3 dog family, it didnt make much!!! But thats okay cause we can make more, make a double batch or make another recipe sooner wink

TWO PAWS UP

p.s. mom just HAD to give some to Hermie the kitty cause he was crying about us dogs getting fish and he IS the cat kittyway to go

Mom made this last night.. 2 cans of tuna for me, 2 cans of salmon for Ben.. She did them in the muffin tins.. You're right, Rhys! Tasty Tasty snack! Mom put some in with me and Lyfe this morning for a daytime snacky. mmm.. Tuna!

(editors note: Chris thought they were for him, and popped one in his mouth. Said it was 'an interesting take on casserole'. Once told they were for the Boyz, he asked why I don't cook like this for him...' Told him he was more than welcome to be the official canine taste tester.. He hasn't talked to me since laugh out loud)
