 | |  | | Welcome to Learn A LINK! Here you will find and learn how to make 2 different types of links. One basic type is the anchor tag/Href attribute (The one that you can click on ) Another, more special and easier way is the hovering link. Two examples will be below:
Hover Link (Glide your mouse over these words)
How to make a link website (Click on this one)
These both are very simple once you get the hang of it.
For the hovering link:
Drag the picture of your choice into your search bar or into where you place the web address.
Copy the web address that appears. (It should be a completely blank page with only the picture you choosed on it)
Go to this SITE
In the LINK box, place the web address you just copied into it.
In the LINK DESCRIPTION box, place the words you want to make it appear as.
Press CREATE FORUM CODE
Copy the code and paste it into your post here on dogster!
That should work for you!!!
For regular links:
Go to this SITE
Copy the first code that appears under THE ANCHOR TAG AND HREF ATTRIBUTE TAG (Its in a slightly purple box)
Then paste that one onto your forum post here on dogster.
Fill the URL in quotes place with the web address you want to link to.
Fill the TEXT TO BE DISPLAYED AS space with the words you want it to appear as.
That should work for you!
