My groomer just moved away and I don't like the new one, so Mom & Dad have been giving me my wash and haircut at home for a few months. That's okay because I love being blow dried.

Mom is having a hard time with my rump. Even if she brushes me out before washing, my fur on my rump and tail are getting snarls when I'm washed. She uses a conditioning shampoo. Maybe a separate shampoo and conditioner would be better?

If someone can recommend a good doggie shampoo & conditioner, my rump would really appreciate it!

Hi there,

Mom uses a product on me called D-Mat which works really well! You spray it on after you shampoo, leave on for about five minutes and then rinse out. It allows you to remove all the snarls easier and keeps them from returning as quickly. You can buy it from Rens Pets in Canada (do a google search and I am sure you will find it) and it's a tropiclean product! It's an amazing product and works well on both me and my himalayan brother gizmo. Try it out, you won't be disappointed
