I am a purebred Portuguese Water Dog, chosen specifically as a service dog for my mom who would otherwise have preferred to rescue a shelter dog. So dear Esperanza, just as your name mean Hope, I Hope that you are doing everything for your MS mom as I am able for my Fibromyalgia mom.

Just one thought out of sheer curiosity: When my was researching non-allergenic dogs, she, too, fell quite in love with the BIchon Frise and its cousin the Coton de Tuliere. What was the point of putting the poo in?! This is a serious question for my own knowledge, not meant to be offensive in any way.
