I am the same way with Mootie. First of all I dont know her woofday b/c I came into the picture when she was about 5-6 years old. She was Jasons (my boyfreinds)dog. I know she passed 3 years ago b/c Pooh would of been 3 years old this year. She sent Pooh to us. I also know it was in June b/c she went to the Rainbow Bridge one month or so before my brother passed away. There was just so much going on in my life ... she had been sick for what seemed like forever. Sleepless nights, inadequate vets, and we felt helpless. Then one night we realized or I realized it was then that I thought she wasnt going to make it. And I was right. We handed her over the ER vet techs and she passed just a few moments later.
So its not so much remembering when they went to the Rainbow Bridge, its remembering all the good times before it!! And carrying their love with us forever!!
Today would have been my DH's Bday, as well as our 30th Anniversary, but he is not here to share it with me . He took his leave of this earth, accompanied but three of my beloved Min Pins. To say this is a sad day for me is quite an understatement. I miss them all so terribly much.
Happy Anniversary, and Happy Birthday my love. Please give Skeeter, Blaze and Raven a huge hug for me, I love you all very much.
What a sad, sad day for you. As you know, there aren't any words we can say that will be adequate. "I'm so sorry" is probably as close as anyone can come, and "We are thinking of you as you go through this" is also true.
I wish I could take the weight of this day off of you and restore to you everything you have lost. Sometimes it's awfully hard to see God's plan when the pain stands in the way.
We love you and are praying for you that you find some comfort, peace and strength to make it through.

Yes, Petey did a fine job stating how we all feel. I wish I could take some of your pain for you just so you didnt have to feel so much. Please know that I am thinking of you and praying for you and keeping you in my heart. If I could I would hug you so I send you this dogster hug straight from my heart to yours. Keep your head and stay strong ..... if you need anything dont hesitate to pmail one of us!!!

I just want to say that we're glad you are in this group. I want you to know that we are here for you. There are still going to be tough times for you because you lost so much in such a short time. You are always welcome to share anything with us. If you feel the need to share with the whole group, then do so. If you feel like you just want to cry on one person's shoulders, then I feel wonderful in saying that everyone here in this group would welcome your pawmail.
I think "I'm Sorry for your loss" has been said and I hope you know that I am sorry for your loss. You will be in my thoughts and prayers as you try to deal with this. Please, please, whatever you do, don't stop participating in this group. We can help you deal with this, and maybe start the recovery process when the time is right to do so.
We love you because you are a member of our group, but also because you love with your heart.
