Hello All
I am curious to find out if anyone else has a Havanese that loves to groom his master. We call Gizzy FEETY FACE because his Daddy isn't able to bare his feet around the lil guy or else he will lick them top to bottom.confused

Yes we have the same problem. Our 2 guys like to lick feet and bite our toes. Also when we get out of the shower, they will lick our feet and ankles completely dry for us. It tickles and we try to stop them. It's funny and it happens every day.
Speaking of feet, our Tripper who is a little over 1 year old now, has feet that smell like corn chip. Someone on another list that I am on said her dogs feet smelled like Cheetos. He was a Havanese also. Is guess if they have to have an odor, it could be a lot worse. He does not have any doggie odor at all, just Frito feet. Go figure.

I enjoy licking water off my mommy and daddy when they get out of the shower. I think that they find it a little annoying, but i do it anyway.
I also enjoy licking ears. I dont like legs or feet (unless they're wet of course) but i do love ears. My mom thinks its odd but i love it !

Max likes to lick ears too... He doesnt lick feet though. We never really encouraged the licking because as much as I love dogs I enjoy only a few licks on the face.

Yes! All the time! When I wake up she smothers my whole entire face with licks until im all wet! She loves to lick toes take socks and is known to nip ankles during play. The thing with the feet is that their at their eye level. I think Havanese are one of the most human like, compassionate breeds out there. I think its their way of taking care of you. Returning the love. cheer
