We want to welcome all the new members to the PAWS Angels WAG for Kindness Group! This is a special group! Why? Because we can make a difference in letting pups and kitties know that we are there for them! Just a simple act of kindness goes a long way!
So, what is it we do? We send pmails, pup or kitty pal requests, bones or treats, or a rosettes to those pups and kitties that are sick, missing, or gone to the bridge. Sometimes a member just wants to reach out to a special dog or cat who has done something really special. For many pups and kitties, it means a whole lot...it lets them know we care!
If there is somepup or kitty you would like the group to reach out to, please bark or meow & let the group know by starting a NEW THREAD. Please remember to include the dogster or catster ID of who you want us to reach out to. Keep an eye out for new threads!
Some of us have PAWS at the end of our names (for example: Scooter, PAWS, Jazzi PAWS, etc). It helps pups or kittys recognize who we are. Why? Because we want them to know it's our group reaching out to them! So, when you send a pmail, friend request, or rosette, let them know you are a PAWS angel...either by putting it in your signature OR using the PAWS at the end of your name. This also lets that special kitty or pup know about our group!
We have started a "Bark, Meow, or Just Visit for a Hug" thread. It's a small chat thread and it's great way for our members to visit with each other on a daily basis.
Again, a big welcome to ya and we are glad to have you here! It only takes a few minutes to make a big difference!
