Do your lhasas watch TV?

I've had lhasas all my life, and my little man, Telly, is the first lhasa I've ever seen actually watch TV - I'm not talking about sporadic bursts, but actually watching for 10-15 minutes at a time. His favorite shows? He likes catching a hockey game (gets up on the sofa and is glued to TV - sometimes he'll go up to screen and cock his head when the crowd cheers) and animal/wildlife shows (will often sit about 2 feet from the screen, cock his head and bark). His sister, Winnie, is completely oblivious to the TV, no matter what is on. Very strange.

I am wondering if there are any other lhasas out there who enjoy sports and nature programming?

I'm new to the group and dogster. Yes my Lhasa (almost 8 months old) likes to watch TV, I don't watch much but she seems to like Meerkat manor! If I am flipping channels and come across a child type of show, she likes that, too.

I am convinced my Lhasa likes baseball. Whenever we leave, we live the baseball game on for him and he watches it. I always ask him, "Dewey do you want the Phillies game on?" I honestly think he's a baseball fansmile

Bobby Booshay sometimes will watch the TV especially if there is a dog and he hears the bark or panting. Now if I have Animal Planet on he will watch and bark, & bark at the TV.

My Lhasa, Coffee, loves to watch TV. Her sister Mandy (Shih-Poo) does not seem to care about the TV except for Baseball and dog movies, which both girls like. Coffee loves Bette Davis Movies, all Star Trek series (I have them all on DVD) and the X-files. Bothshe and Mandy seem to like Kung Fu (the series). Neither dog liked Time Tunnel or Voyage to the bottom of the Sea. Sometimes Coffee watches Miami Heat games with my husband. Coffee also prefers the Marlins to the Yankees, but likes the Red Sox.
