	Talker finishes boarding the last of the windows “There Savannah, we are just about done here so we can get ready to go back to Kalifornia for a few weeks.” “Talker, I don’t know why Stormie and Nikki couldn’t come wiff us to Kalifornia. It’s so cold and snowy in PA and it’s so warm and hot in Kalifornia. Stormie would love lying in the sun and Nikki would be able to visit with Marlowe for a few weeks. Why couldn’t they come wiff us?” “Now Banners you know Big Daddy doesn’t think it’s right that you have male guests come over.” “But you have male friends coming over when you have play dates. How come you get to and I can’t?” “Boys are different Banners. Big Daddy is really protective about you.” “Stormie is a gentle ‘senji and he has good manners. Mom wouldn’t mind if he came over as long as he doesn’t boss her around.” “Maybe some other time Banners. Come on, lets get going. The boat is here. We’ll be back in a few weeks – just in time for St. Cassie’s Day on the 17th of March.” Banners and Talker board the boat and head back to Kalifornia for a few weeks. 	As the boat is pulling away and Talker and Savannah are waving back at Cassie and Patan, Banners spots Stormie running along the beach with his backpack. "Banners!!! BAnners!!! WAit for me!!!!!!" "Driver! Driver! Look! Stop the Boat!!! It's Stormie!!!" But the driver can't hear a thing because of the motor and the waves and he speeds off. Savannah cries and waves to Stormie

	Stormie runs as fast as his little legs can carry him and then plunges into the water and doggy paddles out towards Banners boat. He gets close and Banners reaches out her paw and helps haul him up onto the deck. "Shew Banners I made it! I'm going to be a Kalifornia doggie at least for a little while!"

	"Wow Stormie! I've never seen a basenji dog paddle so fast! Well you made it. You're going to Kalifornia! I hope you brought your speedos cuz the weather is great. We can go to the beach and we can see Disneyland and the Hollywood sign and Big Daddy!" Stormie gives a furious shake and hugs Banners who is sooo happy to have him on the trip. "And you can sit in the sun wiff me and sun bathe all day! And I'll show you around the neighborhood and you can meet what few friends I have cuz Talker is such a snarky boy and we can hardly have any friends. You can see the MAC pack. Oooh I wish Sister Nikki could be here. She'd love to see Marlowe. Maybe the MAC pack's mom can send her a plane ticket! And when Patan and Keyah get home we can see them too! Oooh it's soo fun!" Banners dries Stormie off by licking the salt off his fur.
