Today is my first day with my new family and I had a smashing dinner of chicken, zucchini, yams, and rice.
4) What sparked your Mom/Dad's interest in home cooked food?
I am suffering from malnutrition and because of that have malformed feet and ankles and significant sores on my skin. I hear my lady person has been at this for a while and promises to help me heal and feel better.
5) What is your usual meal?
I don't know. It used to be Iams (puppy food) but at this new place I get warm meals!
6) What do you hate to eat? Allergic to any food?
I don't think I am allergic to anything but I've had way too many calories and not enough calcium.
7) Do you add supplements? Which ones?
Right now I'm taking milk thistle, kelp, and digestive enzymes. I hear more will be coming if I can prove I'm handling these.
8) And what is your favorite treat?
I had lamb jerky for the very first time today and it was delicious.

I am lucky enough to live at the infamous Dane Manor, home of Dane-ish cuisine. I am told to expect many fine meals customized to my needs so my skin can begin healing. The food here is definitely a 10!

3) How long has your Mom/Dad been feeding you home cooked food. I am on a special diet that is not home cooked but Mama is trying to learn more about it I have IBS and was put on ZD food.
4) What sparked your Mom/Dad's interest in home cooked food The ZD has something in it the last ingredient that scares mama.
5) What is your usual meal . When I was so sick I was on rice and boiled chicken I love that but Mama did not know how much to give me she was just guessing.
6) What do you hate to eat regular dog food because it makes me throw up and have loose stools. Allergic to any food the vet told us I am allergic to the Protein in all foods.

I'm almost 3 - birthday is sometime in late May or early June but mom picked my adoption day as my birthday: May 20.

I had horrible allergies - super itchy all the time.

Well it changes every week or so - right now it's a mix of quinoa, salmon and spinach.
6) What do you hate to eat? Allergic to any food?
I'm allergic to both chicken and beef. I will not eat yogurt unless the smell is well hidden with fish and something equally stinky.

They add a "Missing Link" supplement

My favorite treat are bully sticks. NOT homemade!

*As I said Mommy always has added home cooked to kibble (i.e. cooked eggs, rice, etc) but my breeder feeds her dogs more then just that and Mommy likes the way they look.
