We;ve got 6 dogs in our home, and 5 cats. The dogs are 5, 9, 9, 10, 11, and 14 years in ages. My name is Finnegan, and I'm one of the 9 year olds. My birthday is Nov. 6. Mom only knows my birthday and Diamond the 14 year old for sure, all the others are rescued, so we guess.

3) How long has your Mom/Dad been feeding you home cooked food?
She used to feed a dog we had about 3 years ago home cooked when he got cancer. It was the only thing he could eat, and that helped him. She just recently started back with all of us about a week ago, and we LOVE it!!!!!! I think it was hard for her to continue to do after the dog with cancer died, as it reminded her of him. But time has helped, and now we get it again!
4) What sparked your Mom/Dad's interest in home cooked food?
Mom had a dog named Spec who was an english setter. He developed a cancer that began to destroy his organs. It was similar to leukemia, but new to the K9 cancer world. No one knew how to help her, and she started to home cook with premix (essex cottage farms). It was the only Spec would eat, till the day he died.
5) What is your usual meal?
a premix loaf consisting of ground beef, green and orange vegeies, apples, and any other fruit around, and safflower oil.
6) What do you hate to eat? Allergic to any food?
I am allergic to corn. It makes my skin break out, and I get ear infections. We like to eat almost anything. But we really like our new food!!!!
7) Do you add supplements? Which ones?
We get a glucosamine/chondroitin supplement called Synovi G3, and also she uses Standard Process K9 whole vitamin formulas.
