We haven't started yet - but the baby crockpot is ready to go, and I'm all stocked up on frozen chicken!
4) What sparked your Mom/Dad's interest in home cooked food?
They love their Timberwolf Organics and Merrick canned food evening meal, but I've been collecting the can labels from Merricks (good recipes ideas!) and want to try my own dinners for a bit!
5) What is your usual meal?
TWO Ocean Blue or Canidae Chicken & Rice for kibble (we share bowls) and canned for dinner - switching to home cooked dinner
6) What do you hate to eat? Allergic to any food?
They LOVE veggies - especially green beans and baby carrots! Preshy might be allergic to some grains (she itched like crazy on Chicken Soup, Wellness, NV, Innova), but rice seems to be no problem because she loves stealing Maddy's Canidae. They switch bowls on occasion.
7) Do you add supplements? Which ones?
Solid Gold SeaMeal with the canned food.
8) And what is your favorite treat? You can tell us whether it's homemade or not.
Jerky treats!!! And baby carrots, green beans, homemade sweet potato chips.

I am 13 years old, and we celebrate my birthday July 4th, because mom doesn't really know when I was born.

I live in Plum Borough, outside of Pittsburgh PA

Mom hasn't started yet, but is interested in learning. And because I LOVE people food, I can't wait!
4) What sparked your Mom/Dad's interest in home cooked food?
Mom wants to take more special care of me now that I'm getting older.

I usually eat dry dog food. And beg table scraps from mom and dad.
6) What do you hate to eat? Allergic to any food?
I don't hate any people food or have any allergies. I even eat lettuce!
7) Do you add supplements? Which ones?
Mom has been giving me colloidal silver and senior vitamins.

I don't have a favorite treat, but I do really like Nutastics. Peanut butter could be my favorite flavor.

Mom is a 1, but hopes to progress up the scale.

6 weeks today, yip yip hurray. July 4th moms favorite holiday.
2) Where do you live?

Got to taste two different kinds of puppy food mixed with formula. The first one tasted so good I ate waaaaaaaaaaay too much and threw up, I wouldn't eat that again. The second one was yucky. Then mom started reading about what goes into puppy food and won't feed it to me anymore.
4) What sparked your Mom/Dad's interest in home cooked food?
The pet food recall was before my time. Mom was reading about dog foods cause she wanted a healthier alternative than Purina. One thing led to another and she discovered there are only a handful of companies that use human grade ingredients.
5) What is your usual meal?
No usual meal yet, we are still in the discovery stage of what I like and don't like and ruling out allergies.
6) What do you hate to eat? Allergic to any food?
Tuna is nasty. Haven't stumbled on any allergies.

Omega 3, half a capsule every other day.

- I am just over a year old. They aren't 100% sure of my bday but they celebrate it on July 7th.
2) Where do you live?
- Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada with my human parents & kitty brother and sister.

- Mum has just started out with homemade treats (I just can't get enough of them) and she's thinking about taking it a step further to an entire homemade diet.
4) What sparked your Mom/Dad's interest in home cooked food?
- Although in my opinion I am slim and gorgeous, mom is nervous that I'm too thin and I don't eat enough of the blah prefab foods she gives me. I eat plenty when I can get my teeth around people food!
They already give me the best kibble and canned food there is so where do they go from here if they want to improve the flavour and quality of my diet? Homemade foods with fresh ingredients. YES!

- Wellness kibble & canned food mixed together

- We aren't aware of any allergies yet.. I do have some "potty" issues that may be linked to a sensitivity to something in my diet.

- Mum has more research to do about supplements.
