HOW DO YOU ACT AT THE VET?

Are you calm or NUTS when you go to the vet? I was so bad my mom told me she was going to leave me there (but she didn't).

I like the vet and his tech. Anyone else?

I like Dr.Jeff because he has treats in his pocket and I like the techs because they all pet me and tell me I'm pretty.
But I hate everything else about the place! Especially the thermometer...why does it have to go there??? All you have to do is feel my cold wet nose!

I'm not exactly calm when I go to the vets, because I get really excited when I get to go places. I especially get excited when I see other dogs, too. It's kind of fun going to the vets, but there isn't anything I particularly like about it.

I'm really good at the vets. (Dad thinks its 'cause I've been there a lot!) Dr Jeff and Dr Mark always have lots of treats and all the vet techs always want to see me as well.

I was just there this week too! It was more preventative than anything. They still can't believe that I'll be 15 in April! Here's hoping to more and the health to enjoy them.

I LOVE to see everybody -- act silly, give kisses, hugs, wagging tail, wet noses, hyper, hyper... but then I'm ready to go -- QUICK before they stick a pin in me or use that horrible thermometer!! I whimper and cry when they rub alcohol swabs on my forearm knowing what is coming next! So then I calm down and put my nose as close to the crack in the door as I can. See Mom, I'm really okay, and I've seen everybody, can I go home now?

Just reading Jaykes entry.....so amazing!!!!
I am Rowdy boy at the vet. I am much better than I use to be, but I have so much energy. Sometimes I bark at other dogs in the waiting room so mom has to make me keep a distance, down and watch her.
I am good with the vet Dr.Meyer, and he has a golden so he really can appreciate me!
I was really good my last visit and did a bow for him when the visit was over.....Mom was proud!way to go

I used to try to become "part of the baseboard", OR hide under the chair my Mom or Dad were sitting on. In my LONG life I had many, many vet visits. Even to specialists- an Opthamologist, a Holistic vet too! dog

I used to LOVE going to the vet. Anything for attention. But then I ate things I wasn't supposed to (like electrical cords) and was made to throw them up. After that, I didn't want to be there. But Mom is hoping that I'll be OK again as the last time we went there, we hung out afterwards, meet Milo (a cocker spaniel) and took a walk.
