	NAME: MS. TEXAS BELLE www.dogster.com/?264034. AGE: 3 years (June 7, 2003) BREED: Miniature Dachshund a.k.a. Harley Babe I am a lady of the world, coming from a ranch in Texas (just like President Bush) and now live in Canada's capital city (just like Prime Minister Harper). I have dual citizenship, black Canadian Daddy, and red American Mommy, so I can travel the world freely on either passport! The two-legged hoomans call me Your Majesty as they know I am a Queen, and here in Ottawa, I am known as The Queen of Forest Ridge (the area where I reside). I have my own very successful group here on Dogster where all the members are known as FUNDAWGS, and where they know they can not only have fun, but they can be safe; no hoomans allowed! My best reason for why I should be your first cover girl? I am a Harley Babe and ride my own red '95 Harley Sportster with my own hoomans. I am known as a goodwill ambassador as I bring smiles everywhere to both pedestrians and drivers alike. (which of course makes me a natural model as I am frequently asked if I will allow the hoomans to take my picture!And, as you will see, I am very photogenic...I LOVE the camera!) I am also a self-confessed SQUEAKAHOLIC, but I regularly visit a group regarding squeaky toys here on Dogster to keep things under control.

I fell in love with him when my owners brought me home. He's their first pug they ever got. Then a couple years or so, they got Jynx. Then after a year or so they got me. So, Jynx is my brother by blood. My real brother. And Jesse is my fiance. Pugglesworth isn't the humans last name, it's just a part of Jesse's name. So, soon (December 25th, 2006 - x-Mas Day!!!) I'll be Mrs. Isabella Alexandria Pugglesworth, and that's without the humans last name! I'll have to add that later. 	Jasmine 4 years Saluki/Border Collie mix I was a pound pup twice over, a stray, and an abandonded pup! All in three months! My mom gave me the chance I needed, and gave me a fresh start in life. I had to overcome my own issues, with the help of my wonderwoofal furblings Max and Socks, and of course my Mum! I was scared of crinkling plastic, of cereal falling into a bowl, of being left alone. Mom got me started on a happy, calm, positive life for a couple years. I was home trained until I was three years old, and then I blasted through the obedience courses like a rocket! My trainer even let me skip intermediete, tehehehehe! Mom continues to home train me in agility and in other fun pursuits. Why should I be a cover girl? 'Cause I'm a voice for the voiceless! After my mom helped me be a brave girl and start the journey of overcoming my issues, I've realized my past wasn't as uncommon as I thought! Some pups even had worse pasts! So I decided to stand up and bark for all the pups who aren't free from the pain of their past to bark for themselves. I feel like my mission to help those pups should be spread to all, and I'm totally willing to show my bee-yoo-tiful face on the cover of a bee-yoo-tiful magazine to spread the word! Power to the Pound Puppies, woof woof!
