Do you know how to crochet or knit....did you know you could use those skills to help those animals in the shelters...my friend on catster toulouse told me about this great project called the snuggle project ..you can make minnie little blankets for those animals who have ended up in the shelters to make their time more comfortable...here are a couple of websites..and im sure you could make them and donate them to your local shelters as well...what a great idea...thanks toulouse for passing this info on ..lets all help our shelters...

Hey guys! I just ran across some really awesome sites for knitting and crocheting specifically for pups and kitties smile.

Here's a "sweater pattern generator" where you enter your pets measurements and it pops out a pattern tailored to your specific needs. I haven't tried this, but I've heard okay things about it smile.

Here's a site dedicated to free patterns and discussion on making stuff for our pets. It's pretty neat!

Oh, and I can't answer your question, sweetie! I'm definitely a hooker (aka crocheter) and am not-so-adept at explaining knitting stuff smile. Hope someone can help you soon!

Licks and snuffles,
Rondo
