Kitty

I'm not- a scaredy- cat

How do our humans come up with our name? When I came to stay here I was called "White Eye"( by my previous owner)because of my injured eye. My folks thought that was a cruel thing to call me so they tried out a few names of their own. Finally I was named Kitty. I was a bit of a scared-d-cat so Kitty seemed appropriate. Yes, a dog named Kitty.
Furby

I'm- cute

I was named Beulah when I came to my forever home. I didn't like that name very much..lots of people think it's cute..it just wasn't ME!!! My folks thought I looked like a Furby so they started calling me that. Furby's are cute and pugs are cute so the name fit perfectly.

Well, when my Mommy and Daddy adopted me, my name was Puggy. Now I don't mean to offend anyone out there, but that isn't a very original name for a pug. My Mommy and Daddy decided to name me Ethel. Because of Fred, my human brother's dog. You know, Fred and Ethel Murtz on the old "I Love Lucy" show! I got my middle name one day when I got into trouble. Mom says her doggies always get their middle names at times such as these. She says it just came out, "Ethel Marie, quit acting ugly!?

Biskit

My pug brother's name is Muffin, and my uncle said "he don't look like no Muffin, he looks like a biskit" so that's how I got the name Biskit. That's what my Mother says, but I really think she was just hungry smile.

Daisy

I was already named Daisy when I came to my parents' home. My brothers are named after cities in Texas (Hondo - another pug, and Austin, a...well, they call him a cat, but I don't know anything about those). Anyway, my mom was going to change my name to Abilene, but then she pulled out her atlas and saw that there is a Daisetta, TX...so I got to stay Daisy (which, they tell me is short for Daisetta).

When Frank was at the Rescue, his name was Mr. Leroy Puggers. Mom thought that was cute, but she thought he looked and acted like Frank Barrone, the character of the grandpa on "Everybody Loves Raymond." So he became Frank. Of course, everyone thought he was named after Frank the pug from the Men in Black movies, but mom hadn't even seen those when she chose his name!

I didn't have a name when mom adopted me, and she chose Maypelle because I was brown like maple syrup. She and dad chose a unique spelling to make my name more feminine. I learned my name quickly, I am soooo smart!

I got named Bailey because my coat looks just like Bailey's Irish Cream. I don't much care for the drink but the color sure is pretty!

My brudder was named Hercules because he is a tiny runt with a ginormous attitude! BOL.

Well I was named at the foster home. See I was a puppymill breeder before SEPRA came into my life. Anyway, I was tattoed and that was my name. They refered to me as X3. Well the nice people at SEPRA gave me the name Daisy. Momma said that she was gonna leave my name alone. Seeing as that was the first honored to be givin to me. Which I luv Daisy's in the Spring. So it really fits me. Hugs and Luvs Daisy

I have a 3 year old human sister who ♥'s Dora the Explorer. Mama let her help pick my new name & of course it couldn't be anything other than Dora.

My Brofur, Stewart, was named by our human Daddy. He's a HUGE fan of Nascar & his driver is Tony Stewart...go Tony!

I came here wiff da name Bandit cause I wuz, er am, a thief. I steal things & take them to hide in da bed, you know, just in case. I mean a fella never knows when he might need a scissor, a toilet brush or a bra or.... Jeez this is embarassing.
I got the Pee for a middle name because da first time I ever came in da house, I marked everything as MINE! And since Sapphire was expecting lil ones, we needed a last name to givem. Snugglebunz is cause dats where we all like to sleep, snuggling up to da pawrents bunz. BOL!
