Sorry i haven't been able to post a response yet, but it has been a tough few weeks for us lately, mommy has been sick, boo hoo.
but here we go....
I was owned by a young man in Colorado. He was always so mad at me becuase i just couldn't seem to get the potty training thing down. The thing about it was, i knew what i was supposed to do, but by the time i realized i had to go potty, it was too late and it came out all on its own where ever i was, i even pooped on him once.
He thought i was just stupid i guess. But my tummy hurt so bad and i couldn't help it.
Well, he tried everything to potty train me, until it got real bad and he started hitting me. He would tie me up outside in the cold weather all day and nighton a really short shain with no food or water and make me stand around in my won poopy and pee pee.
he was so mean to me!
then one day he just had enough of me, he scooped me up and tossed me into a sack and tied it shut. I was so scared, i didn't know what he was doing, but i was getting thrown around alot.
it was so dark and he said somthing about drowning me. then i heard a voice say that i should be put on a porch down the street and some lady would take care of me.
Great, i thought, now some lady is going to hurt me too.
but it wasn't like that, as soon as i hit the porch with a thud, she came out and started screaming at my owner and chased him away.
I looked up at her and jumped into her arms, i was covered in poop and pee, and she didn't even care, she just held me until i calmed down.
Then she watched me for a few hours, in those hours i pooped in the house a lot and she kept starring at the poop.
finally she made me drink this pink stuff and my tummy felt so much better!
i actually made it outside to go potty and she was so proud of me!
then she took me to the vet who told her i had parvo and was better off being put to sleep, she refused to do that and took me back home.
i was sick for a long time, but you know what, it has been four years now and i am the healthiest pup in my neighborhood now! I play frisbee and jum 6 feet in the air, i chase balls all day, and jog with mommy in the mornings.
she tells me everyday that i am her special girl, her little angel, her best friend, i don't know about all that, i am just happy that she didn't give up on me and gave me a chance.
So that is my long long story cut really short.
