You may or may not have read OB&W's where I posted last night when I got home from the hospital. Keith had a massive coronary last night. He went to get dinner and came back. We had dinner then I washed my hair. When I came out, he didn't answer me when I spoke to him. I found him unresponsive in his chair. My worst nightmare. He was rushed to the ER. They think that if he comes to, he may have brain damage from the amount of time that lapsed between him going out and me finding him...about 20 minutes. Please say doggy and human prayers for my sweet husband, Cloe Mae's wonderful, loving dad.

I'm truly sorry to read this. I haven't been on the site much over the weekend due to thunderstorms in our area. My heart goes out to you, and I hope by some miracle that he is able to recover and not have suffered any permanent damage. My heartfelt prayers to you and yours.

This is heartrending news. I am so sorry. I think you have both been through a lot in your life, and Keith was the one who helped you get your life back together, from what I've read on Cloe Mae's page. I will be praying for you and him--God is still in the miracle business.

Josie, Keith is my Knight in Shining Armor. He rescued me, a total stranger (and Abby), from a horrible situation/violent husband in L.A. He drove to L.A. from Texas and we followed him back...he said he needed somebody to save as badly as I needed to saved by somebody. I remember being in that tiny converted garage apartment, just saying over and over, "either let me be rescued or let me die," and then there was Keith. As badly as I may have wanted to "end it all," there was Abby and I couldn't let her be abandoned one more time...I couldn't leave her. We bought this house because of Abby, and we didn't even know each other!

Oh Chole I know exacty what you are going thru, my husband has had 3 massive heart attacks and has an implanted defibulator. If you need to talk p-mail me, maybe I can give you a shoulder to lean on.
