	I had Petunia's name picked out about 4 or 5 year's before she was even born (knew I wanted a Bully Girl and that she would need a beautiful name to match her beautiful face!). About 2 years ago, we began to research Frenchies and became very serious about locating a great breeder with available pups (not as easy as you might think!). We are very fortunate to have our Miss Petunia Blossom--though we now usually call her Tuna Fish.

	My mom's boyfriend thought his dog (Bear) was the father of my little golden boy, so he wanted to call him "Junior." I didn't like that name, so I thought "how about J.R." and everyone thinks of the J.R. from "Dallas," but really it was just because I thought Junior was silly. Also, it turned out that my J.R. was a product of the Golden down the street and NOT my mom's boyfriend's dog.....SO it was probably a good thing he's not a Junior. =)

	Well, I was trying to think of dog names that sounded good, and I remembered one of the characters from Homeward Bound 2, and the name Riley fit him perfectly, cause he had such boundless energy as a puppy (and still does!). I didn't realize at the time that it was such a popular name, otherwise I might have searched more... but it's a good name!
