	I got all wet last night and I'm trying to find a raincoat. My neck is 11inches, my chest is 19 inches and I am 18 inches long. Everything is too short on my back or too big everywhere else. Mommy thought maybe you guys would know where to find one that might be long enough. Mommy is getting so frustrated she may just try to sew me one herself when she gets her sewing machine back next month- but she doesn't know if she can sew the plasticy stuff well. She wants something really cute for me
