It's funny - kind of fell in love with them by accident! When I found Sparky (almost 3 years ago now) I got to learn about Chi's and that's when I got hooked! way to go Now there are three Chi's and Sparky, my chi/yorkie mix. They are an awesome breed and I can't imagine having any other kind of pup in my life!

I always used to think chi's were yappy biting dogs until last November my oldest daughter talked me into getting Bella. It only took a couple of days for me to be hooked!smile She is such a sweet adorable little dog. I don't think i would want any other breed. Even my husband loves her, & he was always a Labrador type of guy.snoopy

I was always a big dog type of person until I saw Gordy as a puppy. Having Gordy in my life is what made me fall in love with Chis. He's the best dog I have ever had. smile

In 1983 i went out to buy a poodle, i couldnt find any and came back with my first chihuahua Toby, i havent looked back since, but i did fall in love with one the same colour and coat as Toby when i was 10 years old and saw one in a film with a little boy, so really 40 years ago.

Little Guy

I'm a Mama's Boy- So What?!

I never was big on chihuahuas until five years ago. I have always been the type who doesn't look for a dog, as the good ones usually know where to find YOU! And Little Guy DID find me! So, that's when I fell in love with the breed. I love how unique their personality is, how intelligent they are, how bonded they become to you, and they seem to have a funny sense of humor! I would LOVE to have a house-full of them (who can ever feel unhappy with a bunch of chihuahuas running around??) but I know Little Guy would NEVER go for that!

Mommy fell in love with Chi's about 6 or 7 years ago when her sister had a little white one named Gucci...Once Mommy met Daddy they got me! Mommy keeps hinting around to daddy that we need another Chi. like me! So far daddy still says three furbabies are enough.
