Purebred Border Collie in high kill shelter. Needs to be adopted or fostered FAST!! (TX)

There is a beautiful purebred male BC in the Commerce, TX animal Shelter. I will post a picture of him on my page. His name is Littlebit. I don't have alot of information about him, but the phone # for the shelter he is at is (903)886-7760. Most dogs have about a week at this shelter before being put down, I don't know how long he has been there. It looks like he was an owner release, but I don't know why. It looks like he is a young adult (around 2yrs?). This shelter is very willing to work with rescues to help a dog.
