Take her to the vet. Inappropriate urination can be a sign o a UTI.

Normally when a dog regresses in housetraining it is due to a medical issue...or you just haven't been dutiful enough to let her out enough.

Or it could be simply that she just needs a quick refresher course in house training. Take her back to going out every 15 minutes, never leaving her unattended, going out after water/play/food/waking up, and all the things you do to housetrain a puppy.

You didn't give much insight to your situation so I just gave a few options.

I agree, a regular eating and letting out schedule is the most important part of house training. I'd also recommend training your dog/s to go in one spot in the yard. Our dogs must go to this spot and do their business before they can play. They learn this very quickly.

It is also important to fully clean where they go indoors. Once the scent is in the carpet it can actually trigger them to have to go. I've always had good luck with a product called "Out" which I have found at KMart. As always, read the instructions carefully.

Good Luck!

Another good product for cleaning is "Nature's Miracle" just spray and wipe (or soak if it is carpet) with the product and let it dry. Worked wonders in our house and it isn't expensive. All natural too, and no stinky perfume cover-up odors.

good luck.
