I am 16 pounds and full blood AKC papers!!!! And all my littler mates weight around 5 to 6 pounds!!!! My mom say's I am the sweetest and healthy Yorkie around.... I haVE A SISTER NOW THAT ONLY WEIGHT 3 POUNDS AND SHE IS 2 YEARS OLD...But she can not play outside without mommy because a hawk might get her.... So being big bone (not fat) is sometimes a great thing!!!

I am fostering a Yorkie named Simon. He weighs 18 1/2 pounds. My little girl is 5.5 and he towers over her. I was curious if anyone has a full grown Yorkie larger then Simon. The vet has never seen one so big. He is a lovely dog and acts like a little lap dog. I own another little Yorkie from the pound who is about 13 years old and 8 lbs. . I got him in Feb. 09. He hates the larger dog but loves his adopted sister Odelle. Reggie had about a 1% chance for adoption and United Yorkie Rescue helped me get him. I love all 3 of them!

I am 10 lbs and TALL, for a Yorkie. Most people who meet me say I'm such a cute Yorkie. Others want to know what kind of dog I am- "never seen such a big Yorkie," and "MY Yorkie is much tinier than that!! - are you sure he's not mixed with something else?" My parents a just stupid over me...so I guess it doesn't mater what others think!laugh out loud

Yeah bigger than my largest dog, my 20lb cocker spaniel. He is so sweet and mellow and most of the Yorkies in the group don't like him because he's so large! shrug He's such a sweet guy. She claims he's purebred and sure looks to be one, but he's GOT TO be mixed with something!

Romie is a svelte and healthy 17.5 lbs. He was 16 when I first got him after being abandoned for amonth in an empty house, and my vet gave us nutri-cal to help him put on weight. I assumed with his size he was mixed with something, but both his paper work from his previous vet and my vet insist he's just REALLY big=)

I am Sallie Mae, a boxer, but Kirby is my brother and he is a full blood yorkie weighing 15lbs. I am sorta glad he is big and easier to play with as I am really clumsy. He is the prettiest yorkie I have ever seen with his red head and silver back. The only thing we have in common is our nubs, I mean, our tails but we love each other very much.
