	Miss Dixie..... good that she is having a GOOD time... she enjoying things.. and you are loving the time . Lucas's tail tip taps... Burt is a Sweetheart. Its hard.. people mean well... I think they sometimes just dont think beyond the genuine want to help. Just ignore it... you and you alone with Larry will know when the time comes. I suppose its at least something that folk care enough to care.. even if the words come out clumsy. My nephew of 35 .. the one who had the massive stroke in July... came home FINALLY on Tuesday. My sister will continue to care for him... he has massive adjustments ahead.. and its never ever going to be easy for him. Sight loss of one eye totally and the other eye mostly... waking nightmares and deep head pain most of the time. Hard for his 2 kids too.. of 10 and 6. With others suffering also so much loss.... makes it a Blessing we have what we have...

	's Fur All When you hear of such tragedies, it reminds us of how blessed we are.... We have 3 more days in this lovely little village, and then are heading to Tampa for a week or so....we have friends flying down from Canada for the Christmas season...it will be busy!! Silly Trickle was up at 2 AM this morning.....yup! Trickle is up! The entire household is up! How can such a little thing cause such a commotion! BOL! Hope all is well.......

	morning, missing all the gang - hoping S&S have computer up and running soon. Tom had ours backed up after that horrible "October Surprise" - no one in Buffalo will forget it, on par with the Blizzard of 77, as it came so suddenly and such damage for weeks, months. So glad to hear Dixie is eating and enjoying her food! Precious girl. Do these well meaning people know you and Lar, you have had a wonderful family of doggies over the years and I believe know how to take care of your family - speaking of which - I am writing you a message on FB - Rhon - not to bore everyone here. Anniemom, we are just so sad for your loss and for Jim's loss of a dear friend. A tragedy, and one they never can foresee. I can well imagine they would not be ready to talk to anyone, and a loss of that magnitude, it is respectful to not intrude on their grief. I always thought a note, a card, well written meant so much as something you can read and hold. A person we knew through Tom's sports teams - used to go and sit with an aquaintence of all of ours, also whose son was in the sports team. Her son was in a horrible accident, it was his fault - he was drunk and hit a truck head on and killed the 2 men in the truck while going the wrong way on the expressway. She saw us at the hospital with Rob and said she could not understand why this person kept coming to the hospital and sitting every day in the waiting room. The woman said that the other person is retired and assume that it was a way to spend some time each day as they are not relatives or close friends. Hoping that your testing proves something for you, Anniemom. It is a worry when you aren't feeling good. Hoping that your son has another bid on his house. Tom's niece is waiting for her buyer to sell his house - contingency. Flickamom, if you talk to S&S - please send her our love and that we are thinking of sweet Sully. The candle lighting was very nice last night - more were there at the group. It has been 6 years now. Hi to River - safe travels to you. Love Trickle's picture! River, Trickle is keeping ya'll on your toes over there. She is a cutie! I'm going to the doc today. Don't know if she will refer me to gastro or send me for tests herself. 	Annie, I'm so sorry to hear about your parents friends Dave. I can't imagine what a shock to the system that is. My sympathies to you and his family Sarge, glad they enjoyed the Christmas concert...it's been at least 3 or 4 years since mom has been to one. She kind of misses it. She went a few years in a row, and it got a little boring, but she would love a christmas concert right now Flicka, glad to hear that your nephew is coming home...July is a long time and glad he's home for the holidays Dixie, I'm super glad you are having more good eating days. Poor Burt...I bet he doesn't understand, but yet he will be the source of love and comfort in the future...so give him a hug for us too. As for others telling you what to do, I get that they think they have your best interest at heart. You know your Dixie girl best You will only find us just trying to encourage, love, and support you the best we know how As for us...we are all doing good. Mom was sick for a couple of days. She seems to be getting back on track. Our other mama has a fibroid and will be seeing a specialist next week to find out how to proceed. But other than that we are all good OOOOOPS! 	Afternoon All........ Very tiny dusting of snow this morning.. temp down to 7F with the wind chill. Snow now gone.. was hardly there! Sunshine and just above freezing.. got some really fun pics of a turkey this morn though !. AbbySargeMum... loved the photo of you and Sarge... River... safe journies ! and Love Trickle's bedhead !! AnnieMum... hope you get some answers today and find some way to ease the stress as well as that can only help. 	Checking for news of Anniemom's appt. - hoping there are some answers or a path to some help. Glad that your nephew is home, bless him, thankfully he will have love and care from someone who dearly cares, that means alot. So young to have a stroke, will he be having rehabilitation? We were lucky that Rob has had no residual effects but is still on meds so won't know for sure, but looks pretty clear. The worst may be behind now. Had a good time at the Expo but Sarge has slowed down alot - a big change from a year ago. Thank for the comments on the picture, a girl offered to take it. Tom took Abby to Lab Club altho cold out - she had fun but not a long while there. Made cutouts yesterday and we went and checked hams in the grocery today - probably a 20 lb Smith ham - and with the bone in. I made one of those bread mixes like sent Flickamom for our wonderful mailman and got a Tim Horton's card to put with it. Will make a few for the Empty Leash they will sell baked goods at the party - a chinese auction is where you put a bag in front of an item and the person has already purchased tickets and puts in any bag that he would like in front of the item he wants. Then someone pulls each ticket from each of the bags and whoever has that number wins. Someone asked about that a while back - it is a fun way to have a chance to get something for not much $$. Hoping to hear from S&S soon - and sending lots of to sweet Sully. Getting some Christmas cards now and a few were sad, many losses in 2012 - I have been buying sympathy cards lately - too many. Night 3 of the Lighting Ceremony - anyone can go - it is the Princess Divas Prince Charming Group - Bailey has done a wonderful job every year with links and alot of history, many came last night - used to be Duncan - very calming. 	Ok, So, we posted more pics for little MAIYAH and with the going around all over the place, we are all dead tired. The Menorah was lit chez Eric and Sim. They, are going to Jamaica, after 3 years with no real vacation. One week but , better than nothing. Tonite, Maiyah must have had a frienzy for pasta. She kept on begging and climbing at the table at Anna's mother. She has never behaved like this before ??? She is also tired from, her Friday nite shopping LOL Furr now, Paws to all and huggs,take care, stay warm (depends where you live)... Believe in tomorro, Maiyah and Angel Jenna and family.

	AbbySargeMum... it came out the blue with Andrew.... it happened in July and he has been through every single brain hospital etc and rehab there is... basically he is home for good now. My sister is teaching him to write again.... and I have found alot of possibly helpful software so he can talk to the computer and it will type and do things for him. He is doing well... but the waking nightmares are hard to manage... the constant pain too.. but from almost "cabbage" status.. to this point of learning to live again has been a 5 month haul... My sister has had to fight for a great deal for him... it is unlikely at this point that he will hold a job again.. but... his employer has been amazing.. and has kept Andy on full pay till end next month... Honestly... its a day by day adventure.. and he is willing amd my sister is able.. but not getting younger. For now... he is just relieved to be HOME. Glad the Expo was fun !!! It was nice of the girl to take the pic ! Sounds as if you are getting the menu planned too ! Lovely thought for youtr Posty. Ours is a decent sort too and I will put a little something out next week for him. Sounds a really nice way to do the things at Empty Leash too. I will call S&S morro.. suspecting they wont be online for a while... Maiyah... Mum and dad have got to be strict to stop the begging at table.. niot a good thing. I suspect that a little crate time to teach the manners will do the trick. Mine arent allowed to beg.. but if they stay quiet they get a treat when we finish.. they know that.. and it works well.
