 | |  | | A goofy day, started out slow and picked up steam  got alot of the donations letters dropped off at the places that may donate for our open house. Then made Sloppy Joe - was a sloppy day out - hail and snow and just a mess. Tom wanted to go to the mall to walk, so I took back something there, and then stopped at SteinMart - one of my favorite places, talked to my friend who has been there since it opened - she has IBS and she and Tom were talking. He more or less out grew his bouts with it, nasty stuff. She is having more tests in June. Got a pretty white necklace/earrings with the clearance and 50% more off, will go with the melon top that dil got me - I'll wear to the shower on Saturday for her sil to be. Unless I need a heavy sweater. Love a bargain and Sharleen has been in the jewelry/accessories and always steers me to the real good bargins, fun stuff. When I am done, I pass on to AmVets. Talked to my sil about her mom's birthday, what to do, guess we are going on Sunday to somewhere or pizza at Ann's or Grandma's house. May is a busy month.

Scooter, hope you are feeling better now from Sunday. It was so cold here we didn't take Abby to UB for swimming as she had the intestinal thing the week before - both ends -
Flickamom, Happy St. George's Day and I saw a little tin sun/moon in the dollar store in the gardening section - they just came in, I guess - check your store - with the windchimes, etc.

I hope the icy roads are clear now and no more for this season. I still am amazed at the Huge trucks they have UPstate for the snow. When Brother and now SIL went to UB I remember them having to hold onto ropes between buildings during Winter storms so not to get lost. My other SIL once lived in Buffalo before marrying DaddyOs brother many yrs ago. SHe really liked it. PAw for all.
Are you used to driving in the snow? I think it would scare me and I would stay tucked away at home. Haven't been to Steinmart in ages. Glad you found a nice necklace there. Stopped by Ross yesterday and was disappointed. The store was bare. I have IBS, too. Thankfully mine is mild and not causing too much trouble lately. Stress causes an uproar!

Silver with decent tubes. It SOunds heavenly and we really like it. Deciding on a Spot outside. We had part of our electric go out for brif period Sun night. I plugged in Tea kettle and poof kithen and upstairs went out. Nothing BIG on so Storm related possibly? Thankful DaddyO was able to fix it. Adds to LL list of things.
