The 6 KANSAS PUPS NEED A NEW FOSTER OR VOLUNTEER TODAY OR ELSE...

This is a special section for dogs needing new homes and for inspiring stories of dogs that have found their furever home through Dogster or through the love and energy of rescuers. This is also the place to discuss shelters, rescue organizations, rescue strategies, issues, solutions, etc. and how we can all help in this critical endeavor. Put together a page of sorts for Luna, the pup that has been adopted, and the three others here in transition. The pictures aren't that great, and the thumbnail for the video is a total embarassment, but they're new pictures at least. These girls are really something, they managed to escape what I thought was an escape proof system, when I got home from work they were out of their confinement and happily co-existing with Mellow and Caelen in my living room. Mellow is developing a mother hen complex, constantly watching them to see that they behave, Caelen is thrilled at having four little partners in crime, and I'm working on another escape proof confinement idea. They're still shy, a little hesitant about anything new, but they've been through so much in the past week with all the moves and travel and strange new people and dogs, they really are doing amazingly well.

YAY that means only 4 more pups to go!

On it are links to a page with personality profiles Takoda made for them and all of the Dogster pages Takoda and Mellow have made so far.

So if you know anybody who lives in or near Des Moines, Iowa or Columbus, Ohio please send them the link to the page. Even if they don't want a puppy they may know somebody else who has been looking to adopt a fur ball.
