I don't really know either. thinking It seems to be a law concerning the rights of a disabled person being hired to a federal run position. I don't really understand how that pertains to SD access rights.

Can someone explain?

The local post office here as well as the one down the road have the signs on their doors that say no dogs permitted except for seeing eye dogs. Everytime I see it, I cringe.

It seems US postal Service is Way out of date. I had same problem with my postmaster he changed the sign
