I just started my 14 yr husky on it and hoping it will help her back legs. If anyone has ussd it for their dog how did you find it? My old girl had her first injetion last week but so far no noticable diffeence. Any feed back would be great.

Carprofen is a pain reliever/anti-inflammatory and works like Advil does for people. It works for me, I have spondylosis. But I started prescription science diet j/d (for arthritic dogs) and am off all pain meds. You might try science diet healthy mobility, that is an excellent food for arthritis.

Greenies has a new product called JointCare and it works wonders for arthritic joints. They use green lipped muscle which comes from New Zealand. Glucosimine ana chondrotin are also in this product. Zoie's hips improved after giving her one a day for two weeks. I use them as a treat for her and she loves them. Go to the website below to find out more info.
