Yes, puppies can have fish oil. I would base the amount on the dog's weight.

Since you're feeding kibble in addition to raw, you might want to check if the food you're feeding already has fish oil in it. Also, it's recommended that vitamin E be given with fish oil.

Well when i looked it has fish meal and emu oil?, how much would you give per kilo then.
